Doug McLaughlin was wonderful to deal with at every stage in getting our hail-damaged roof fixed. He clearly and patiently explained the process, met the insurance adjuster with me, provided me useful references, helped me select the shingles, and was on-site multiple times during the repair. The materials were delivered on-time and where promised. The work was done on schedule and the team was pleasant and worked hard. There were no safety issues. They cleaned up well—we found a very small number of nails and some small shingle scraps. The new roof looks nice. They were great and I’d recommend Doug, this crew and Countrywide to anybody.

My family’s experience with Countrywide Contracting was amazing. On Thursday night we had straight line winds hit our home. These winds took of a good portion of shingles on our house, garage, and garden shed. Kris from countrywide was the first contractor I talked to and out of 4 contractors he is the only one to call back. Kris showed up to look at the damage and as I was going to start tarping the roof he and his coworker offered their help. Kris was always in communication with us as to what was happening with our Insurance claim and when we got paperwork from our insurance company he was very helpful and knowledgeable as to the process. The crew he sent out when it came time to fix our home was phenomenal. They showed up promptly they were very courteous to us and our neighbors. Their work was very professional and very clean. They even picked up the garbage that had made its way into our neighbors yard. Our neighbors have also made comments about how impressed they are with the crews work and professionalism.
