Roofing Sales Manager (Twin Cities)

Countrywide Contracting is a well-established small roofing company seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the entire sales process, from recruitment to training and ongoing support for new representatives.
Conduct recruiting efforts, interview candidates, and make hiring decisions.
Provide field support and guidance to new representatives.

Compensation Plan:

Earn 3% of total sales on all sales reps under your management.
Receive a $5,000 bonus for every million in sales achieved by each rep, increasing incrementally.
Initial 3-month draw followed by commission-only structure.
